COVID has changed America! The insurance implications of COVID are varied and broad. Nearly every type of coverage has been affected by the virus. Most notably is Business Income, but other areas have been and are being pulled into the discussion. Business and Personal Auto questions were triggered when restaurants were reduced into delivery or take out only. Commercial property coverage concerns grew out of vacancy issues. Workers' comp issues range beyond simply whether contracting COVID at work is compensable. Coverage is not the only issue; agents are facing errors and omissions exposures related to COVID that are, at best, unusual. What should the agents understand about coverage and managing the coming months? In this session, we will take a deeper look at these COVID pressing questions!
